Gulmodest is a sole proprietorship business dedicated to providing high-quality, hand-stitched branded ladies’ clothing with handmade embroidery and fine craftsmanship.
Our official website and online store are operated through Shopify.

2. Product Quality and Availability

We take pride in offering only premium-quality handmade and embroidered clothing.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping.
However, slight variations in color or embroidery may occur due to lighting, fabric texture, or screen resolution.

If a product goes out of stock after you place an order, we’ll inform you promptly and provide either a replacement option or a full refund.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Deliveries usually take 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

  • We currently ship within Pakistan only.

  • Customers receive tracking information once their order is dispatched.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We may update prices, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments are made securely via our payment partner through Shopify.

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD) option is currently available (if you add later, this section can be updated).

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video.

  • Refunds are processed to the same bank account within 3–5 working days after inspection.

  • Exchanges are not allowed.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement through email or WhatsApp.

6. Warranty

All our products are covered by a quality warranty, ensuring excellent stitching, embroidery, and craftsmanship.
If you find a genuine defect, please report it to us immediately with proof (photos or video), and we’ll review the issue promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure the highest care in our processes, Gulmodest will not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners or external logistics.

  • Minor color or texture variations in handmade items.

  • Misuse, improper handling, or washing damage after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, photos, logos, product descriptions, and brand materials — is the property of Gulmodest and protected under copyright law.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
