At Gulmodest, every outfit is crafted with care, precision, and premium materials. However, if you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Return Requests

  • Customers can request a return within 24 hours of receiving their order.

  • A complete unboxing video (showing the package being opened for the first time) is mandatory for all return requests.

  • Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • There are no restocking fees.

  • Exchanges are not allowed at this time.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the same bank account used for payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
