Gulmodest specializes in premium-quality ladies’ clothing featuring hand-stitching, handmade embroidery, and branded fabrics crafted by skilled artisans.
2. Are your products handmade?
Yes, every outfit is hand-stitched and hand-embroidered, making each piece unique with artisanal craftsmanship.
3. Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
We try to show products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, embroidery, or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes,COD payment is Available all over the Pakistan
3. How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, which you can use to follow your delivery through our courier partner.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 Days hours of delivery, and a valid unboxing video is required as proof. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
2. How long does it take to get my refund?
After the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the same bank account used for payment.
3. How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, which you can use to follow your delivery through our courier partner.
